  • All sales initiated thru the on-line ordering system are final.
  • Completed labor is nonrefundable.
  • Uninstalled parts may be refundable (restocking fee and shipping could apply).
  • Customer provided parts cannot be protected under our national warranty.
  • Once an order is placed and paid for the invoice will be marked as, 'Paid'.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email when payment is successful.
  • In instances where a refund needs to be issued, it will either be in cash, by check or as a return to the card in which payment was rendered.
